STEP ONE
Laying out the fabric to prepare it for quilting.
After marking the fabric, the entire bolt is rolled up on the roller for the quilting machine.
STEP TWO
Quilting the fabric, batting and fleece layers together.
STEP THREE
The quilted material is ready for cutting into the various pouch sizes.
First the material is cut to the desired length.
Then it is cut to the desired width.
A stack of unfinished pouches ready for final assembly.
STEP FOUR
Final Assembly stages.
First the sides are sewn on the serger.
Then the binding is applied.
Finally, the velcro and labels are added.
